Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates for planned work are free and come in writing. Emergency calls start with a service fee that we quote on the phone.
How fast can someone come out?
For emergencies, as soon as a plumber is free, and we tell you the timing when you call. For other work, usually within a few days.
Will I know the price first?
Yes. You get a written price before work begins, and nothing changes without your approval.
What should I do while I wait?
Shut off the water at the main valve or at the fixture valve. If you do not know where it is, we will walk you through it on the phone.
Do you work on rental or small commercial properties?
Yes. Landlords and small businesses get one point of contact and a written note after each visit.
