Why we started
Summit Air began with a simple idea. People should know what is wrong with their heating or cooling, what it will cost and who is coming, before anyone opens a toolbox.
We are a small Knoxville crew. The person who answers the phone knows the schedule, and the technician who arrives is the one who explains what they found.
Comfort matters most when it fails. A dead furnace in a cold snap or a warm house in August is stressful, so we aim to be calm, clear and quick.
How we work in your home
We tell you the price first
You approve a written price before work starts. If we find something else, we ask before we do it.
We show you what we found
You see the part or the reading, and we explain why it matters in plain words.
We size systems honestly
A bigger system is not a better one. We match equipment to your home, not to a bigger invoice.
We leave things clean
Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, and the work area wiped and cleared before we go.
Fixed right the first time
Our vans carry the common parts, so many repairs are finished in one visit instead of waiting on a return trip.
When a part needs ordering, we tell you how long it will take and what we can do in the meantime to keep your home comfortable.
