- How much does a project cost
- Every job gets a written price after a free walkthrough. As a rough guide, bath remodels usually land between $18,000 and $40,000, kitchens between $35,000 and $90,000, and additions start around $150 per square foot.
- How long does a build take
- Bath remodels take about 3 to 5 weeks, kitchens 6 to 10 weeks and additions 3 to 5 months. Custom homes usually run 8 to 12 months. Your estimate includes a timeline you can hold us to.
- Who handles permits and inspections
- We do. We pull the permits, schedule the county inspections and are on site for each one, so you never have to chase paperwork.
- Is the work warrantied
- Yes. Our workmanship is covered for two years, and new homes carry a ten-year structural warranty. Manufacturer warranties on windows, roofing and fixtures pass straight to you.
- Do I have to move out during a remodel
- Usually not. We seal off the work area, keep a clear path through the house and clean up at the end of every day. For whole-home remodels we will talk through it at the walkthrough.
